NVQs

Introduction to National Vocational Qualifications.

Mettech Midlands achieve high rates of success in National Vocational Qualification programmes with 93% of our learners consistently achieving their planned award.

Benifits for employers

The primary objective of NVQs is to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce. NVQs are most effective when integrated into an organisation’s personnel development model. This helps to ensure
that the competence of staff is recognised at all levels.

Benifits to learners/employees

Achieving a national vocational qualification is a fulfilling and rewarding experience and can improve your future prospects. In addition to this it is often the ‘springboard’ for people to continue with further training and development. By providing our learners and clients with high quality Information Advice and Guidance we enable them to make good judgements and decisions about their future.
